The nearest permanent neighbor is approx. 1.5 km away. There are only smaller "stugas" about 100-150m away which are used by the locals as weekly homes.
No! This is definitely not necessary. There is a small but very well-stocked grocery store "ICA" (in Sulvik) about 9 km away. Larger supermarkets can be found in Arvika (approx. 25 km away)
Yes, there are even plenty of them. Some blueberries can even be picked right outside the terrace. For mushrooms (chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, etc.) you just have to find/know the right places.....;-)
Haustiere sind im Haus „Lilla älg + Stora älg“ leider nicht gestattet, da die Häuser auch an Allergiker vermietet werden. Im Haus „Dagerud“ sind Haustiere herzlich willkommen.
The lake is perfect for swimming. The water is of very good quality (even drinking water quality).
